US & DOUGHPHNE

Two loaves of bread baking in an oven on a baking sheet.

Ever since we were little, carbs and fresh bread were the ultimate comfort food. There is something magical about the simple everyday magic of flour, water, and warmth—it just makes everything feel a little brighter.

What started as a lifelong love for good bread naturally turned into an obsession with the kitchen. Kneading dough, feeling it transform in your hands, and watching a batch of something wonderful come together is our absolute favorite way to spend the day.

Two mason jars, one covered with a cloth, sitting on a table outdoors. One jar contains a foamy beverage, and the other appears to contain a mixture or powder. A camera and a closed notebook are also on the table with a wooded background.

That passion eventually led to a wild curiosity about wild yeast, and in October 2025, Doughphne was born. She’s been happily bubbling away on our counter ever since, powering daily baking rituals and endless kitchen experiments.

When we started sharing our fresh, slow-fermented bakes with the neighborhood, the response was more than we ever could have dreamed of. Encouraged by neighbors asking for more and reminding us how much joy good food brings, we decided to turn that daily passion into something we could share with everyone.

Daily Dough Bakery is built on that exact feeling: a deep love for baking every single day, the comfort of a warm loaf fresh from the oven, and the joy of sharing real, handcrafted goodness with our community.
